This was the closing video, a thank you video, to a training program at WestJet for their Customer Service Agents.
CAREports was a series of interview pieces put together with varying messages around the role of a WestJet Customer Service Agents and WestJet Guests. After completing those 4 videos we purposed that we create a thank you video using a lot of the unused B-Roll footage from this project. A script was put together and narrated by the Director of the WestJet Airports.
WestJet loves to include WestJetters in any way they can so we asked several bases to send us some footage of their teams shot with their own video cameras and camera phones. We used this footage throughout this video and the final product was shown at the end of a two day CSA training course.
